How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2008 and ends at 11:00 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008. To enter this sweepstakes visit one of our six (6) participating Florida Congo River Golf locations, complete the entry form in its entirety, and drop it into the entry box provided. Limit: one entry per person per day. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, damaged, lost, or late entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents who are 18 years of age or older, except for those residing in the state of New York, where it is void. Employees of Congo River Golf & Exploration Co. (the “Sponsor”), its licensors, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and each of the foregoing entities' parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, distributors, and any other entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void in New York and wherever else prohibited.
Prizes: One thousand four hundred forty (1,440) Monthly Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period (20 prizes per location for each month of the Promotion Period). Each Monthly Prize winner will receive an annual pass, valid at any Florida Congo River Golf location, each having an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $56. The ARV of all Monthly Prizes is $80,640. There will also be one (1) Grand Prize of $10,000 cash; one (1) First Prize of $5,000 cash; one (1) Second Prize of $3,500 cash; and one (1) Third Prize of $1,500 cash. The ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $100,640. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes, if applicable, are the winner's responsibility. Some restrictions may apply. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Drawing and Notification: Monthly Prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings, from among all eligible entries received between the first and last day of each month during the Promotion Period, to be held on or about the 10th day after the end of each month. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over into subsequent month's drawings. Grand, First, Second, and Third Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all monthly prize winners, to be held on or around February 28, 2009. Winning entries from the monthly drawings must claim their annual pass to be eligible for the Grand, First, Second, and Third Prize drawing. Non-winning entries from the monthly drawings will not be eligible for the Grand, First, Second, and Third Prize drawing. Each drawing will be overseen by the Sponsor. Entrants need not be present to win. Judges' decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, US Mail, or other form of home delivery within 2 weeks of the drawing.
Prize Claim: Monthly prize winners must provide Congo River Golf with a recent photo of themselves to be used on their annual pass, before prize will be awarded. Winners must visit a Congo River Golf location to have their photo taken or e-mail Congo River Golf their photo, no later than 2 weeks after being notified, or their prize will be forfeited. The prospective Grand, First, Second, and Third Prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within 10 days of issuance of prize notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential prizewinner, if the potential winner fails to complete and return all forms (if applicable) by the specified date or if potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using the eligible entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website and at the 6 participating Congo River Golf locations.
Release of Liability: All participants and/or entrants release Sponsor and each of the Sweepstakes Entities and their employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt, use, misuse or inability to use any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their officers, directors, agents, employees and shareholders from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer's terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. None of the Sweepstakes Entities will be responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
Winner's List: On or about March 15, 2009 you may obtain the names of the winners by mailing a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) to: Congo River “20th Anniversary” Sweepstakes - Winners List, P.O. Box 25497, Rochester, NY 14625. Requests received after April 30, 2009 will not be honored.
Sweepstakes Administrator: The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, 625 Panorama Trail, Building 2 - Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625 , who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of all prizes offered, and whose decisions shall be considered final in all matters related to this promotion.
